2017 MTV EMA: Davido Edges Wizkid To Win “Best African Act” Award

Prominent Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, better known by his stage name “Davido,” has emerged as the winner of the “Best African Act” at the 2017 MTV EMA.

Davido triumphed over his biggest contender in Nigeria, Wizkid, and Nasty C of South Africa to take home the highly coveted award.
