Just few weeks after his exit from his former Label, G-Worldwide Entertainment to launch a new label, Flyboy INC, Kiss Daniel has been dragged to court by his former label on the grounds of contract breach.
A statement signed by the legal counsel to G-Worldwide revealed that Kiss Daniel signed a 7 year recording contract with the label and has unapologetically breached the contract by appointing a new manger, soliciting for shows, entering performance agreements and continues the use of stage name “Kiss Daniel” without any permission whatsoever from the label.
Meanwhile, you will recall that Kiss Daniel’s former label mate, Sugarboy had given a hint concerning G-Worldwide’s plan to engage in legal battle with the singer.
