Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho has joked that the third best goalkeeper at the club is De Gea.
The former Atletico man was in impressive form against Arsenal, making a whooping 14 saves in the 3-1 win.
However, Romero will be starting against CSKA Moscow today and Mourinho insists he is the World’s best and not De Gea.
Asked if he had worked with or come up against a better shot-stopper than De Gea, Mourinho gave a tongue-in-cheek response: “Yes. Romero.
“Because he plays [against CSKA] and my goalkeeper is always the best goalkeeper in the world. So now David is the third best.
“Romero is number one, Joel number two and David is the third best.”
