Chile star Arturo Vidal has taken a swipe at Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of their semifinal confederations cup showdown against Portugal.
The Bayern Munich star says the the Real Madrid man is a smartass, he does not notice.
Ronaldo has been in top form for Portugal, scoring two goals and assisting one, but Vidal is not at all bothered.
“Cristiano is a smart ass!” he told reporters. “For me he does not exist.
“I have already told my Bayern Munich team-mate Joshua Kimmich that we will meet again in the final!”
The other semi-final is between Group B table-toppers Germany and Group A runners-up Mexico, who entered the competition as CONCACAF champions.
