Philippe Coutinho has insisted that he remains fully committed to Liverpool after failing to secure a summer move to Barcelona.
Philippe Coutinho handed in a transfer request but the Reds rejected three bids from the Blaugrana, the final offer believed to have been worth up to £118m.
The 25-year-old has returned to form for the Reds, scoring in the 3-2 Premier League victory over Leicester City at the King Power Stadium and the 1-1 draw with Spartak Moscow in the Champions League.
“I’m calm. It’s all passed by,” Coutinho, who has started the last three games for Liverpool, told Sky Sports News. “I’m here to defend the colours, to give my maximum.”
