The agent of Hamburg striker Jann-Fiete Arp has spoken out amid speculation that Chelsea are poised to sign the youngster.
Arp only made his first-team debut for Hamburg in September but the promising 17-year-old forward has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge since last summer

Despite Milewski’s claims, it’s understood Chelsea have been keeping close tabs on Arp’s performances in the Bundesliga this season.
Chelsea have been alerted to Arp as a result of the teenager’s goalscoring exploits for Germany’s Under-17 side after 18 goals in 19 matches at this level.
Asked about Arp earlier in the season, Hamburg chief Heribert Bruchhaged ruled out a departure, telling Bild: ‘He will stay with us.
‘His advisor Jürgen Milewski has promised me and sporting director Jens Todt. He will develop with us.’
