Maurizio Sarri was less than diplomatic in the press conference following his side’s goalless draw with Inter.
But the Napoli coach immediately apologised for his comments at the press conference.
Napoli’s result means they are behind Juventus with one point, with the Bianconeri having a game in hand.
Sarri was asked if the results mean Napoli’s title hopes are over.
“You’re a woman, you’re nice, so I won’t tell you to f*** off,” the Napoli boss said.
Following the press conference, Sarri immediately went over to the journalist to apologise personally.
