Rapper Lil Wayne has revealed he will never work with one time mentor and label mate, Birdman again.
Weezy had made an appearance on Skip Bayless and Shannon Moore’s Fox Sports 1 show Skip And Shannon: Undisputed.
The iconic rapper cleared the air on his retirement tweet, revealing he still wanted to quit the game.
“This was a tweet off of an argument over what’s going on,” he said. “I was at my tipping point.” He adds, “I did feel that way. I still feel that way. I didn’t take it down.”

On how things stood with Birdman, he said: “This is business. I have a family. I have kids. I have a mother. We have bills. Once the business is right, then the business is right.”
When asked by Moore if he would still work with Birdman in the future, his answer was clear. “No. Give me mine and I’ll walk off free, smiling.”
The 33-year old rapper also said he was touched by the amount of support he had received from artistes such as Kendrick Lamar, Drake and Young Thug.
“The artists I don’t know, the Kendrick Lamars and other people, I was like, ‘Wow, I didn’t know it mattered,'” he said in addition.
