Peter Bosz does not think a depleted Real Madrid squad, due to injuries, will be weak when they face Dortmund on Tuesday.
Madrid, who have had a rather poor start to their La Liga defence, will be without Kovacic, Marcelo, Benzema and Hernandez on Tuesday.
Dortmund have not started the UCL well , but boast a brilliant record against Madrid in Germany, not losing any of their last six games.
Bosz is not relying on statistics, and does not believe injuries means a Madrid are a weak team, as he expects a tough game.
“I don’t think Madrid are not good enough because of their injuries,” he told a news conference. “They have enough good players. They won’t be any worse.
“I like to watch Real Madrid. I like technical players. Since Zidane’s been there, they’ve had this kind of player and I like this way of playing football.”
